Flemish TV discovers South Korea

The first Belgium flemish public TV channel, VRT, came for the first time in South Korea thanks to Panda Media, a few days before Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games. They made reportages focused on the political situation, dealing especially with the relationship South Koreans have with North Korea, then the consequences of the division with the North.
